Architect & Director - Jeremy Smith

Jeremy qualified as an architect in 1979 and, following periods working in London, the Middle East and Cambridge, set up his own practice in Sudbury, Suffolk in 1994.

Since then a further office in Brittany has been opened to offer architectural services in France. Jeremy is registered with the 'Ordre des architects'.

Throughout his career Jeremy has been involved in a large variety of projects both in the United Kingdom and abroad. Some of which are listed below:

• Large development of single person housing for housing association - Bethnal Green, London, UK
• Four individual flats in a restricted site - Cambridge, UK
• Doctors surgery - Willingham, Cambridge, UK
• Conversion of former foundry works into housing and office units - Earls Colne, Essex, UK
• Conversion of former maltings into housing units - Hadleigh, Suffolk, UK
• Conversion of old stone barn into house - Angouleme, France
• Refurbishment of large hotel and apartment complex - Lanzarote, Spain

The majority of Jeremy's work has involved the careful design and creation of new and exciting spaces within existing buildings.

Technical Assistant/Designer & Director - Elizabeth Smith

As well as assisting Jeremy with business and technical support, Elizabeth is responsible for property care in France offering a full range of different services from cleaning and maintenance to design and interior decoration services.

She completed a diploma in art and design in 2005 and then studied for a degree in interior design. She continues to further her skills by recently qualifying in Autocad (2008).
