Undustrial Units, Halstead, Essex

This development will be located on a sloping site adjacent to an existing industrial estate and will comprise units of various sizes for individual tenants. They will incorporate energy saving features such as photovoltaic panels,  water harvesting systems and heat from a nearby renewable energy plant (see below).

Renewable Energy Project, Halstead, Essex

This plant will use the principal of anaerobic digestion to convert food and crop waste into a methane rich biogas which in turn will fuel an engine/generator to produce:

1. Electricity to be sold back to the grid
2. Heat for the new industrial units (see above)
3. Soil conditioner to be returned to farmland
