These houses were built on land formerly occupied by a joinery workshop and benefit from views over the river Brett in picturesque rural Suffolk.
The design process was very complicated and houses had to be situated to avoid the threat of flooding and to remain within height restirctions set by the planners.
The style of the houses was kept deliberately clean and contemporary so as not to conflict with the nearby listed building.
